To introduce the quality and taste of the meat to your family, friends and potential meat distributors, we recommend you have a Tasting Party. At these tasting parties, we recommend you cook the steak burger in small patties and the cut them into quarters. It is best not to use ketchup, mustard or any other condiments. We would like to ask that you only use a little salt and/or pepper for seasoning because you want the customer to be able to taste the flavor and quality of the meat. Having them taste the meat will be your best selling tool. They are going to enjoy it!
